Description

A woman rests and restores on a staircase of hope in a beautiful garden after a tremendous storm. This storm was life-changing for her, but she relishes in the fact that she still has life, hope and grace after the darkness. When I was recovering from cancer in 2019, I took comfort in my own garden, reciting the 23rd Psalm until I felt safe, secure and at peace again. That experience inspired my original painting.
